Want to know how to capture a 3D image from a 3D source? Then all that you need is pair of 3D glasses and a mobile. Read on to know more about this.

The main component here is an HTC EVO 3D mobile. In addition to this a case is required on which the lens has to be mounted.

The construction process is quite easy. A pair of 3D glasses have to be taken and the back has to be dismantled without damaging the lens. Now the lenses have to be removed from the frame. Care has to be taken to ensure that the lenses are not interchanged. This would result in an improper 3D effect.

The lenses have to be be cut in such a way that they can be accomodated in the case. This is then placed between two cameras in such a way that it cannot be seen by the cameras. The lenses have to be fixed to the case using some tape. This is done to make sure that they do not move around when attached to the phone.

The lens can be smoothed by pressing it from outside using a microfiber cloth. Now the setup is ready for use. When viewed through the Evo’s 3D display, the images appear to be in 3D.
