Most vehicles have two different speeds to operate the wipers. With the innovation brought about by this projec,t the appropriate speed of the wipers is easy to set. It is possible to determine it by a 360º rotational control, or by marking beats to a microphone.

The first control method features a rotational potentiometer, similar to the ones found in the automatic light control timer. This allows adjustment to be done to the wiper speed with high precision. This provides a great advantage over some of the wiper controls in the market, which have several speeds.

The beat control features a microphone inside the control box, allowing to tap a rhythm for the wipers. This is achieved by a micro processor that recognizes the beats and transfers it to the receptor located in the wiper motor. Data is transferred from the inside of the car to the hood by RS422.

The control box is located in the card dashboard. This features a couple of LED indicators so that the driver may know the speed of the wipers and control it accordingly.
