Using some household items, a simple and ultra light rocket can be created although this could be dangerous especially when in reach of children. With the help of a playing card, the flight of the rocket can be guided although it is difficult to position the fins evenly around the rocket.

The launch plug is made by cutting a piece of straw about the body length of the rocket. This will also make the rocket lighter. Make sure that you use superglue that will keep everything intact during the flight. This will avoid any part to fall off.

At the end of the rocket, a detonator is carefully inserted.
