This is a great toy and not that complicated to make. It only weighs about 12gms since the buggy does not have bearings and there is less friction from the large wheels. It can be easily built by a child as it runs well on a smooth floor.

The materials to be used can come from any source like aluminum foil or sweet wrapper. The important component is a drinking straw in which the air shall pass through going into the rotor. The rocket action of the air jet propels the car with most of the momentum being transferred to the disc.

Different designs can be made while the balloon keeps them running.
