An old wine cooler turned into trash has been salvaged and turned into a fermentation chamber. Its size is perfect for the kitchen and whatever is happening inside can be monitored through the front glass. This fermentation chamber provides a means of maintaining the specifically required temperature for different foods like yogurt, tempeh, kombucha, kimchi, and bread.
A large heat lamp and temperature controller was used to replace the peltier cooler by opening the fridge starting on the back plate. As shown below, the light and temperature controller was mounted. The light is driven by the controller in the event of more than 3 degree below the set temperature.
