The project features the use of 2 digital picture frame key chains on a slideshow setting where the effect of performance can be replicated. The glasses were made easily and quickly for the Lady Gaga Halloween costume, as seen in the images below. The video shows an old pair of glasses being sacrificed along with the two cheap small digital photo frames.

Along with the sunglasses and 2 digital frame key chains is a computer for downloading the images to the picture frames. To cover the glue and blend the picture frames in with the glasses better, paint is required while the pliers will be used to remove the keychain from the picture frames. Hot glue gun and glue will be used for attaching the components which are shown in the image.

In preparing the digital picture frames and glasses, the lenses on the glasses will be popped out in order for the digital picture frames to be attached easier. The keychain is removed by using pliers, which is a metal ring that can be unbent as it attaches to the plastic, as shown in the below image.

The images should be loaded onto the digital picture frames and be tested before any gluing is done. A manual can be used as reference in doing the tests. To make it more video-like, the slideshow time will be set to the fastest setting. The options for 5 seconds, 10 seconds, or 30 seconds are available on these particular models. The device contains a USB cord for loading/charging to charge up the devices. The loading of images and testing can be seen in the image while attached to the USB cable.

The digital picture frames will be attached to the glasses using a hot glue gun and the hot glue will be covered by some paint to blend with the glasses. Between the frames, a room should be left to plug them in if needed. As seen in the image below, right across the bridge of the glasses is the USB connection. A finished product is also shown.
